This comfortable semidetached thached roof house is situated in a quiet neighborhood in Althagen, next to wide fields and paddocks. About 110 m² of living space sleep up to 4 guests and offer enough space for family- or love bird vacation. The high banks with the sandy beaches are within walking distance. The center with shopping, museums and galeries and the famous harbor can be reached within minutes.

Information:
Spend time in the large light-flooded living room playing games with your family or cuddeling in on the couch reading a book after a crispy beachwalk in front of the cozy fire place. The spacious dining area offers a wonderful place for a family get together. In all rooms new and old furniture elements are combined in a sophisticated way. The separate fully equiped kitchen has an additional dining table for up to four. The guest bath has a shower and the WC, there is a laundry room with a laundry mashine, a dryer and a small extra freezer of the seperate entrance area.

The large garden offers two terraces with exclusive garden furniture and a beachchair.

The attic floor has two bed rooms, one with a large double bed and one with two single beds. As well as in the Basement, the bedrooms with their rustic and modern furniture offer a cozy atmosphere. There is an day-light family bathroom with a large shower and a WC.
